This bath salt blend promotes a sense of relaxation and calmness, bringing about peace of mind and a restful night’s sleep. It also removes toxins and impurities to help boost and nourish the health of your skin. 

Ingredients: Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate), Himalayan Pink Salt (Sodium Chloride), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) oil*, Pelargonium Graveolens (Rose Geranium) oil*.  Linalool**, Citral**, Geraniol**, Limonene**.

Benefits of Ingredients:

EPSOM SALT (Organic) – A naturally occurring mineral, containing magnesium and sulfate, that can help relieve stress and insomnia. Also good for exfoliating dead skin cells, soothing skin affected by eczema and psoriasis, relaxing muscles, encouraging better circulation and loosening stiff joints.

HIMALAYAN PINK SALT (Organic) – Naturally rich in over 80 trace minerals including potassium, calcium, magnesium zinc and iron. It can also counter fatigue, ease aches and pains and encourage sound sleep.

LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL (Organic) – This wonder oil contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.  Amongst its many uses Lavender essential oil is great for soothing skin affected by eczema and psoriasis, and can be used to treat cuts and burns, or as an insect repellent. Other benefits include treating issues like migraine, stress, anxiety and depression, and improving sleep.  

ROSE GERANIUM ESSENTIAL OIL (Organic) – Known for its anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and antioxidant properties, this uplifting and rejuvenating oil can help relieve stress, anxiety and depression.  It is also thought to enhance circulation and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, varicose veins, cellulite and dull skin. Rose Geranium essential oil helps to improve dry and damaged skin, reduce bruising and treat conditions like acne, eczema and psoriasis.
