Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for shopping at Natural Body Care by Ros.



We recognise the importance of being environmentally conscious and aim to do our part by using packaging that can be recycled and also reused (e.g. cardboard boxes, eco-friendly packing paper, recyclable jars, bottles, lids and caps). We use amber glass for our jars and bottles to protect products from direct sunlight. We also re-use packaging from our suppliers to minimise waste.

Whilst it is important to reduce unnecessary packaging, it is essential to ensure is it robust enough for products to arrive safely and in perfect condition.



Please allow up to 2 working days to hand-prepare your order.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail:

  • Royal Mail First Class (Signed for): 1 – 2 working days from despatch = £7

  • Royal Mail Second Class ( Signed for): 2 - 4 working days from despatch = £6
  • Free delivery on UK orders over £60 (Royal Mail Second Class)


Europe & International Shipping – not currently available but this will be reviewed as our business develops.



    Delivery of Order

    Orders will be delivered to the address indicated at checkout.  Please ensure the shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery by Royal Mail or package theft.

    Please add an alternative delivery address if you’re not going to be at home to receive your parcel.


    Returns & Exchanges



    Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns (or exchanges), unless you have accidentally received an incorrect order. If this is the case, returned items must be unused and in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt. An emailed photo of the item(s) will be required. Once we have received the returned item(s) we can send out the correct order with no postage charges to you. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment and will include the original cost of postage and packaging, plus postage cost to return any wrongly sent item. Please make sure to get a postage receipt.


    Damaged Products

    We take great care when preparing and packing your item(s) to ensure it arrives safely. We cannot take responsibility for damages occurred during postal transit. But in the event you receive any damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours along with supporting pictures so that we can evaluate the situation and decide on how we can rectify the issue.
