This bath salt blend reduces the build-up of toxins that can accumulate in the body, easing sore muscles and promoting general physical and mental well-being.

EPSOM SALT (Organic) – A naturally occurring mineral, containing magnesium and sulfate, that can help relieve stress and insomnia. Also good for exfoliating dead skin cells, soothing skin affected by eczema and psoriasis, relaxing muscles, encouraging better circulation and loosening stiff joints.

HIMALAYAN PINK SALT (Organic) – Naturally rich in over 80 trace minerals including potassium, calcium, magnesium zinc and iron. It can also counter fatigue, ease aches and pains and encourage sound sleep.

LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL (Organic) – In addition to Vitamin C, Lemon essential oil is known for its uplifting and refreshing aroma, and is packed with antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiseptic properties. It can help to kill harmful viruses and bacteria, reduce inflammation and boost the lymphatic system. Lemon essential oil nourishes, hydrates and purifies the skin, leaving it rejuvenated.
